It was a joy to see you again and to try on my beautiful gown.I would just like to say a few words of encouragement!
I have been to many Bridal Houses in search of my perfect dress, as you will remember, we were just visiting family when I had the idea, that I might like to look round Newport for the wedding gear, and to my surprise I found you and of course the dress!
I would have no problem recommending every Bride to pop into your Bridal House, you were helpful, polite attentative, sensitive and very encouraging, and nothing was any trouble, you put me at ease and helped me to put everything together for my perfect day!

Hi Hayley, I just wanted to thank you for helping me finally get my dress. I could not have coped with all the hassles and traumas with it on my own. You gave me such a personal service and sorted everything out so i didn't have to worry, thankyou so much for that. A big department store would not have bothered with my feelings or concerns, but you did and i am glad i choose you.
